I used the deconstruction planner to deconstruct a roboport, but as soon as the robots (which were inside the roboport) got out and tried to deconstruct the roboport, the game froze. (It didn't crash, and didn't generate a dialog box, but would not accept any input.)
I had to end the program manually with Task Manager.
No mods, played in single player.
Here's a clip: https://clips.twitch.tv/PlausibleAlivePeafowlJebaited
And you can watch the time before the crash here (it occurs just before 2:00 h): https://www.twitch.tv/videos/213184948

Edit: After trying again with the save I couldn't reproduce the crash.

Re: [0.16.9] Freeze when robots deconstruct their roboport
Sounds similar to what happened to me. Accidentally marked a roboport for deletion and noticed the bots hovering around it, as if they were trying to use the port to recharge. The moment I removed it via hand the game froze/crashed so hard I had to restart my computer.
I wonder if the roboports aren't properly shutting down when marked for deletion and it causes the bots to freak out.
