I have my save game where a chest is full of laser turrets with 1 damaged laser turret in the chest and I have 900 logistics robots trying to store more laser turrets in the chest because they're seeing it as "contains laser turret, not at max stack" but they can't store the turrets because the damaged turret doesn't stack with undamaged ones.
I noticed the issue when the Script Update Time was showing "Logistics Manager" as 3 MS/tick instead of the normal 0.05 MS/tick.
