In 0.25 I notice a lot that if you don't have many lamps then you can get weird lighting glitches.
It's most noticeable when you are zoomed in and the nearest lamp is at the edge of the screen. If you move slightly further away the entire illumination effect is lost as if there were no lamps at all.

It is because of the way we decide to draw the lamp. The lamp is not on the screen, but the light affects the view, I will try to fix it sooner or later, but not today.

I knew it was already reported.
It makes driving around in a car during the night a bit trickier, because objects instantly appear in 1/4 of the screen as the lamp crosses the screen edge.
