Also a BP setup I had from 0.16 for 8 refinery setup is now producing too much of this and less of that. I think I have to rebalance at some stage

Is same oil setup as pre 0.17 now producing less solid fuel ?
Or is it bob's logistics that have reduced production(and I installed for the first time after 0.17)?

How do I reduce artillery range ?
Sounds silly but I am trail blazing and using artillery to clear a circular path as I head west.
My artillery wagon is going too far around and it is not needed.
Artillery range is 3 I think and would like to reduce its tech to 2.
Is there a console command ?

When you say 1000 or 1200 what do you mean ?
If I hover mouse over pipe, I get different values in different places, like 100, 45,16,32...but nothing as large as 1000 ?
