Compilatron can currently path through (ie destroy) friendly entities in his way.
This includes the player. In future, we will add an exception so that he will never kill the player.

This isn't a bug, compilatron wil walk through stuff sometimes if he needs to.
That said, it should probably have its contents replaced.

Unfortunately, it is just utf-8 stored in an std::string, and we need to do all unicode manipulation manually :( Personally, I would switch the whole thing to 32 bit wide chars, and use some special reserved unicode range to store ids which would map to our special text tags under the hood, so we co...

That's not the NPE, that's some corrupted copy of the old "First steps" campaign.
I'm not sure how that ended up in your copy of the game, maybe an updater bug?
