Both options failed.

I have deleted all saves from Appdata and update intel graphic drivers - game works

Problem solved.

I have Factorio on Steam.
During loading screen game crash.
Game was uninstaleed, I have creared all files in system ( i think so ) and reinstal game by steam.
Crash continues....
