Are red wires suppose to connect to green spot on pole and green wires on red spot? Because they are.

In gui-map-generator.cfg under [frequency], "avarage=Avarage" should be "average=Average". Figured someone had noticed this by now.

Use either red or green wire on a power pole, then link wires to both inserter and chest. Open the smart inserter and select the item to watch for, and then set the conditional and amount. Tried this out in my game, and I have to agree they are very useful. Actually got water flow in the pipes to completely stop at some moments during the day.
