I went back to 2.0.77 just to see and it appears this happens in that version as well. It also only happens along the top side of the ship, except for the left and right edges at the corners.

I am having this issue too and came to the forums to see if anyone else is reporting it. I've narrowed it down to the new AMD Radeon 2020 drivers (v19.12.2) and the Radeon Enhanced Sync setting. Once I turn it on my game seems to visually lock up after ~5 seconds, but if I alt-tab away and back it ...
