With the amount of different sentry types in the space age it became very tiresome to approximate which type covers which part of the perimeter wall.

Yes I did that as well. Having manually deconstructed and placed again all my trains seem to have solved the problem.

After 2.1 update, all of my train interrupts ceased to work automatically. The interrupt appears to kick in, but the train does not leave the station unless I manually press the "pause" button in locomotive. 400 hours in expansion and I just learned asteroid spawn rate is fixed for stationary platforms.
I guess this kind of resolves this issue?

Maybe we could get a cheat command that allows to disable this limit entirely? Usually such big platforms are built past the official game ending anyway.

Space platforms without thrusters should be allowed to expand ( quasi ) indefinitely in all directions.

Currently, due to the exploitable nature of very tall spaceships, the max upward height is limited to 200 for all space platforms.
