Deleting the Factorio folder and checking files in steam to force a download of all files has fixed the issues.

When loading the game, there is a long waiting time at 95% [Loading sounds...] but no crashes, it takes 50 to 60 seconds before reaching the main menu from that point. Simply add Stone Brick, Concrete and Refine Concrete to the Upgrade Planner, so that we can easily upgrade/change them.
