1) I built a recycler, put 4 quality modules in it, surrounded it with beacons with speed modules
2) recycler did not produce a single item with a higher quality than usual.
3) I expect that recycler will produce some items with higher quality
4) I tried it couple times and the result was the same ...

As we need more iron and steel to make this refined concrete I think that the buff should be more noticeable, like going to 200%, idk if this is too much or not, but for me just a 10% buff for that many materials seems quite low.


Totally agree! IMHO 200% is too much, but 175% speed buff for ...
