I have the same problem since a long time too and I dont have any shenanigans, just a regular windows 10 with a steam client. Also my hardcapped download speed is the same as OP's (700 kB/s)

Can we have one extra logistics tab that displays the whole logistics network inventory (and maybe some statistics) that you are in range of?

Explaining in few words as possible, I download Factorio multiplayer maps at around 730 kB/s while my internet can support download speeds of about 1700 kB/s (random internet files) I tried looking around for settings and the forum and could not find anything related to this problem besides this and...
