A simple power total consumption graph (overlay for the production graph) that can be enabled to compare the total consumption to total production of power.
This would be helpful because it allows you to view where you power is seeping below the consumption graph. It is far more intuitive that just ...

AI Players, randomly generated ruins
In essence, I think there should be small outposts ran by AI players that compete for resources.
They would be small, but they would slowly grow (in need of balancing, but the idea is fun), and over time they start using their resources to claim other resources and expand their borders and whatnot ...

The broken world gen
Ok under the water generation options, when you change the size to "only in starting area" it breaks the biomes in weird ways.
It scatters the different biomes all over the place, it looks horrible, and has been a problem for the past 2 or so large updates. This should be fixed because it kind of ...

Semi-automatic and extra train options.
First there needs to be a second mode for the train to be active on, where it just goes where you tell it without needing to activate the auto mode. (so it doesn't just leave you after a designated amount of time, and never being able to get it back until it does its roundabout)

Dual screen support/use
Dual screens could be used to display your local production menu and have a tab at the top to swap between that, the map and any other details that you come up with. I thought it was a simple and could be extremely helpful but not a disadvantage to people who don't have multiple monitors. If you can ...
