It shows the name of this account, which was previously my factorio.com profile name as well, but I changed the latter after uploading.
However, the label of the entry did not change, even after reuploading a later save from the same game.

I agree. It's currently possible to manipulate this by introducing irrelevant signals/parameters into the blueprint and set them as ingredients.
