For anyone getting the error "Currupted map, contains id not in the dictionary: " and then a random number upon switching from 10.12 to 11.x, I had that problem and managed to fix it
I was not using any mods, just a plain vanilla 10.12 map.
I noticed each time I saved the "corrupted" id changed, so ...
