Re: Quality should impact big electric poles and substations more

Well for robogrids it would straight up halve the number of poles and thus clutter. Im not implying that there will be a big impact overall but if the quality for them is there then why not make it worth your while at least a little bit?

Re: Quality should impact big electric poles and substations more

You might say the same about inserters, better chests, the quality mechanic in general etc. It all messes with existing blueprints. If that bothers someone then you can just keep tiered blueprints for different stages.

Then you might as well just scrap quality for big poles entirely. Theyre meant ...

Re: Quality should impact big electric poles and substations more

Im not up to date with the "meta" or how people generally prefer to do things but I see your point with the substations and the exponential area increase. I set up a legendary medium pole gambling machine just now and im loving them

I dont get the point about the big poles. First of all, they are ...

Quality should impact big electric poles and substations more

Currently, the normal big electric pole only offers 10 additional wire reach at legendary quality over normal quality. That is a completely insubstantial amount, especially compared to what medium poles get. Below is the comparison between legendary and normal wire reach, its only 10 tiles ...

Re: [MOD] Deadlock's Stacking Beltboxes & Compact Loaders

Well that sucks.

Its a pity they seem to have given up on finding a solution on that issue when kovarex himself said that he finds bots op in some old FFF

Re: [MOD] Deadlock's Stacking Beltboxes & Compact Loaders

First of all, thanks for this mod, something like that should be Vanilla I think.

Now I myself looked for a mod that makes belts more competitive when compared to bots but as far as i can see this is as much a buff for bots as for belts, as it effectively increases their inventory density, as ...

Re: Development and Discussion

I also just noticed that for some reason the Storage Warehouses do not have a filter option. And is there any particular reason there are no buffer Warehouses/Silos?

Re: Development and Discussion

On Angel's Logistics: While I really like the Cargo Robots (especially MK2) I think it is a bit disappointing that the Construction Bots become useless once you have Vanilla or Bobs Bots. The Medium Logistic Zone Expander has one big problem: the top part prevents the player from clicking anything ...

Re: Development and Discussion

I meant obsolete once you can research the regular Bobs Construction Bots. I am very happy to have Angels Bots because I havent hit Science 3 yet I am just wondering if in direct comparison between the construction bots the Angels have any advantage?

Re: Development and Discussion

Regarding the construction robots, am I right in the assumption that Bobs Robots make those completely obsolete?

Re: [MOD 0.16] Loader Redux 1.3.1

Have you considered making the loaders use electricity? I think it would make sense since they are basically glorified Inserters in some aspects

Re: Development and Discussion

Recently got into Bob's/Angel's combined, second attempt so far.

Got a couple of suggestions:

Apart from the Pressure Tank, all Angel Fluid Tanks have the same capacity/tile. Since the small tanks are more flexible, there is virtually no reason at all to build the larger variants. I'd suggest ...

Re: [MOD 0.15.15+] FNEI 0.1.12

Hi, is there an option to actually use the recipes from the quickbar to the left? Don't know anything about modding or if this is possible but it would be a huge improvement as far as I am concerned.

Or I just havent figured out how to do it...
