ich accidently rotated one of my splitters in one of my factories. As I rotated it back to the correct location, the splitter stopped working. I deconstructed the splitter then and rebuilt it, it worked again.
Then I built a test setup to be able to reproduce this situation, there I figured ...

This was the reason. I can't remember, that I had set this. It must be a long time ago (Perhaps to try to fix the crashes during AutoUpdating Factorio).

And I also expect, that this will be resetted after uninstalling and reinstalling Factorio, so I didn't had a look at this option :(

after updating Factorio from 0.11.11 to 0.11.13, I can't start Factorio any longer, as it states, that Factorio requires Service pack 1 on Windows 7. The problem is, that service pack 1 is installed on my PC since the release of this service pack.
