I dont think this is a bug but i think I just press a wrong key but i dont know what i did. I was in my inventory and for some reason i was holding shift and all the sudden this black grid showed up on the screen and i couldn't move.
i provided a screen shot.

i looked and there was no user data directory where the logs are supposed to be kept.
