[0.17.47] Crash: this->reservedFor.isZero() == (this->reservedForCount == 0) was not true

when I tried to open my save file, the crash occur.

RailSignalBase.cpp:339: this->reservedFor.isZero() == (this->reservedForCount == 0) was not true

vanilla multi-played save file

it was worked in 0.17.41, but not work in 0.17.42

I copied save file to my another computer. (via sync %appdata%\Roaming\Factorio\saves directory) using same steam account. When I replay the attached game, the game crashes with an unexpected error.
