Re: pY Fusion Energy - Discussion

My base is quite large as I'm moving into automating production and utility sciences. I also started several other maps in creative mode with only those two resource enabled to see if there was an issue with the ore spawning. I haven't found any anywhere. Two friends who are playing also have the s...

Re: pY Fusion Energy - Discussion

I started a pY run and I cannot find any volcanic pipes or regolite deposits. Even if I start a new game with only those ores selected none seem to generate. Are those obsolete? they are still needed tho regolite is not mandatory , same for volcanic piles . since there are alternative ways if i rem...

Re: pY Petroleum Handling

do you have any plans related to recent hot-air changes in regards to coalbed-gas? converting coalbed to xx always includes 500unit of hotair which seems off since the last hot-air changes i believe any temperature shall work i think you interpreted it wrong. 1 hot air has only 1 temperature. 2 he ...

Does anyone else have issues producing Chlorine in large amounts? I'm trying to get a central Chlorine production point going and the Saline -> Electrolyzer route and it's proving difficult to provide enough Salt without having a massive station and belts hell of salt alone. It would be nice to hav...

well all things automated in a mall feel cheep since realistically no one uses them all the time
also regarding inventory space py should have some techs to increase that

ImageСкриншот 12-08-2020 18.48.31.pngIs there a typo here? The second level of the recipe is twice as cheap as the fourth in terms of resources.

Re: pY Petroleum Handling

i have a strange problem with new hot-air and hope someone can help me: warm brick uses coke-oven-gas 250°+ hot brick uses coke-oven-gas 500°+ my coke production generates coke-oven-gas at 500°, i then transport it via train to a different location and tried to feed into hot brick line, but the inp...

That doesn't seem to be working.

I guess it's expired? It's the weekend now, so I should be able to check the forum more often.

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion

i forgot that glass in stone furnace was removed , i should make a fast recipe(fast since it would use just a little fuel ) but not great in terms on molten/quartz ratio and it affects all mod combinations since it is a pyCP thing not pyAL i need to finish bioprinting then i will take a look again ...

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion

Guys, is it really a problem that glassworks takes 27MW? I was really busy with other staff like figuring out how to build and organize moss/trees/auogs/others and other staff in the early game. Yeah, science was made slowly, few flasks per min or less, and it was enough. I made a loop trees->coal/...

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion

I agree that it's insanely expensive but at the same time I kinda see that as a clear game design choice. there are a ton of things in the early game making things super hard on you. no assemblers/splitters/undergrounds, horrifically low yields from ores and indeed glassworks taking up insane amoun...

Eureka that was more or less planned also I didn't expect people would try to run them useing raw coal based setups How are you supposed to use wood?! There's no automatic way to collect wood/make wood without getting through red science to coal processing unless I missed something, right? And 10 w...

No other mods. Technology antiviral drugs shows me 1-2 output with 1 cage, so I thought it would be 150% Output. But I´m far away from this^^ If it is intended to produce additional cages then everything is fine. Will check Btw raising animals directly loses cages BUT raising the Cubs does not and ...

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion

That would be a good way Or simply start off with say 4 small oil dericks that would be enough fuel by volume and value for a fee glass works And yes how hard getting that fuel drops very fast by red green it can be fully automated from water Also the power as fuel ,usage in glass might have been al...

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion

I completely agree with Crixomix. Just started a new game and the beginning phase is just horribly slow due to need to fuel your glassworks. It's a massive step back from the way things functioned previously. Immortals comments relate to once you get your science going and have syngas or other proc...
