Not sure it’s a bug, try using both inputs of the chem plant, fixed a similar input throughput issue on vulcanus for essentially the same thing

Edit: you may need to add pumps in some instances if it consumes a lot of fluid and is far away

Had the same crash for the advanced signal tutorial, I'll upload the log and crash dump as well, I don't know if the save is relevant in that case ?
