i dont play seablock not krastorio and its not itemspecific related. i think it is probably related to copy and paste and has also problems with blueprints. look closely at the pictures i have tested to load belts.

I use here LTN, LTN-Manager, LTN Combinator modernized, Bulkrailloader and Miniloader. The interesting thing is: I would stop the miniloader with an logistic link. Fix for Error Loading on "--base--/graphics/icons/rock-huge-icon.png" :
search in prototypes/generation/angel-crytal-rock.lua
load it with an editor
change there from:
icon = "__base__/graphics/icons/rock-huge-icon.png",
to:
icon = "__base__/graphics/icons/rock-huge.png",
save and reload and it ...

after updating the new version the next error occour. I play with SeaBlock-mods and after the first deaktivation of mods i aktivatet one by one...the last i aktivatet whas the seablock itself an the message say: file not found: __angelspetrochem__/graphics/icons/solid-resin-1.png
