Found interesting behaviour.
1) place blueprint on ground with circurt logic and wire connections.
2) inventory DOES NOT contain wires (both red and green)
3) place all needed item (connected each other by wires in blueprint)
4) when place last item (connected in blueprint) - wires ...

Deleting the crop-cache.dat don't fix a issue.
I change the main graphics adapter to Intel HD4000l and water was render perfectly.

Hello everyone.
I've update Factorio from 0.15.40 to 0.16.36.
Start the game.
I've created the new world and see the water texture is above the ground.
Setup the LOW or HIGH graphics settings won't affect.

Intel Core i3 3225 @ 3.30GHz ...
