Setup a recycling loop for biolabs

* What happened?
The output of the biolab recycling is a biolab itself

* What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The outputs would be their base materials

[0.11.8] Broken selection after using Blueprints

In 0.11.8 i can reproduce an issue which leads to anything becoming non-selectable until you reload from a save.

Steps to reproduce:

Take a blueprint, and begin marking an area without actually confirming the area
while the area is highlighted , hit the "Q" key to drop the blueprint back into ...
