IS there a max of different Items a provider station can offer?

So I've run into the issue, that I think was mentioned here before, that FNEI is missing some of the recipes (e.g. Ralesia). I did some digging and discovered that the reason is that the missing recipes have more ingredients than the machines that are supposed to make them are ...

Is it intentional that the Printet Cuircit Substrate 1 is insanely dofficult to make in bigger amounts O.o

Using helmod it tells me for just a yellow belt of em id need 2400 fawoge plantations and 960 Paddocks aswell as ~0,6 GW of Power
And using fiber for faster urea would actully lead to a loss ...
