Does anybody know if there is an update of Shiny's Bob QoL-Mod for 0.15 in development or if there's any alternative to this mod out there?

i'd like to know how to use the discharge defense amor item? is it like the personal laser and acitvates atomaticly if it can?

I tried serveral attacks on enemys, but nothing happened. I can't figure out the problem
