How to make shift clicking on ammo move it to trash?

Hello,

When i shift click on items it moves it to logistic trash, which is nice, except when it's a gun or ammo, then it doesn't work. Is there a way to change this in the settings?

Re: An AI for Factorio?!

Has anyone made an AI for factorio? I think playing pvp against an AI would be way more fun than single player.

Re: New Achievement Ideas

When will the devs add more achievements? There aren't nearly enough. There needs to be at least 200. There should also be super achievements, that are obtained by completing several other achievements. Each achievement should earn you a number of gold cogs depending on the difficulty of the achiev...

Why can assemblers now do 2+ ingredients?

Hello everyone,
I haven't played factorio in a while. When i last played, assembly machine 1 could not do recipes with more than 2 ingredients, but now it seems there is no restriction? Why was this changed??

Hey Turoni did you ever get anywhere with this? I would love to see something like this. But yes, as others mentioned, I can imagine it's a huuuge task

why stop at diagonal? Lets allow everything to be built on any angle! then point and laugh at the developers as they lose their hair

Re: Infinity water

i like the idea of water tiles having an "amount" which is gradually refilled, and it can turn into a land tile if it reaches zero. This actually makes water a valuable resource, so as your factory gets bigger you'll need to explore and find more water as you do with other resources

Re: Late late game biter clearing

would be cool if you could automate the expansion somehow so you can just leave the pc going while you sleep 8-) good luck with your journey to the edge. You could go rick and morty style and overload the game so much that it stops loading new chunks, then the edge will be much closer

Re: When do they attack?

The first few attacks are usually small biters which you can fend off with your pistol, but craft a few gun turrets asap just in case, and start placing them where the biters are attacking. They grow in strength very slowly and gradually. Eventually you'll find you need a complete perimeter of wall ...

I think the devs plan to solve this problem in future releases. In the mean time, i would recommend the orbital ion cannon mod

Re: Late late game biter clearing

you can blueprint a turret creep; building a new front line, deconstructing the old one, rinse and repeat. I'm not sure if this is faster than nukes..however, with the recursive blueprint mod you can automate it ;)

Re: Improvements to the Dropper tool (Q)

i use the pipette tool religiously. It was one of my favourite mods, was happy to see it in vanilla. I like these suggestions. The devs talked about being able to ghost place items that aren't in your inventory in a recent friday fun facts, so i suspect they'll implement this soon.
