Yes I am aware. After a short time they stop loading any of either until I reset the recipe.

I do not see a problem, it looks like the chest is simply empty and the input from the other inserter is taken by the left one. Post the save before the issue and the player next to it please.

I have attached a video that (eventually) shows the inserters refusing to continually feed the centrifuges until I reset the recipe. I have not encountered this problem with any other machines or inserters.
