It doesn't seem to be working here either, as well in 0.11.6 I've changed the line preferred-screen-index in my config.ini a few times (tried 1 and 2) and couldn't get it to stop trying to display on monitor 1 and display on monitor 2 even though my windows settings have monitor 2 set as my main ...
