Sounds like my Surface Pro 3 will do better now. The power limit has been the problem in the past as it favored the GPU over the CPU. Rendering was done in no time but the CPU had no power budget left to run the simulation.

Currently the second quick bar is unlocked by a research, do you now get all of this from the start?
I could see one research unlock a second page and the second bar, and a second research unlock the other 8 pages or a similar thing.

Game desynchronized while I was marking artillery targets. I use auto research(link).

I just had a similar crash while loading the bitmaps in 16.04. It worked starting it a second time. I don't have a dump file so I attached the log of the crash.

[15.5 MP] Game crashes when research finishes (InputActionDefragmenter::assemble)

The game crashed just as a research finished. This happend on the "TNT-S8 PUBLIC" server.
I was using the zoom in from map as it crashed. Research that finished later didn't crash me again, but other players crashed.

How do the labs automatically develop technology?? Either there are people working inside, using the resources for experiments and prototyping, or there's a godly AI inside each lab, somehow constructed with a few basic circuit boards. Either way makes no sense.

One day later it's proven once again: "did you try turning it off and on again"...
For some reason, restarting the PC fixed it, but two people with almost identical machines having the same issue feels like there is a bug hiding somewhere.

I have the same problem, with almost identical hardware (second screen is 1080p). The game was running at 60fps until I installed the new Windows Insider Preview (build 14342) today.
