Re: Unexpected error every time I start freeplay or load save

Searching for CircuitConnector on this forum led to me trying to rename the blueprint-storage file, which seems to have worked and I was able to load an old save. Sorry for the bother, let me know if anything else I can do.

[1.1.61] Crash loading blueprint library: "Trying to disconnect circuit connector in inconsistent state."

Hello,

I am unable to load any past save, or even start playing under all default settings with no mods.
This is the same for in in 1.1.59 and 1.1.61.
I've attached the log file for when this happens during all-default new freeplay start in 1.1.61.
Let me know if I any more context or details may ...

Re: [1.1.59] synchronised inserters fall out of sync while depositing items on belts

If the placement of all the entities of the blueprint happens at the same tick and at the same coordinates, then I would expect the update order and actual behavior to be not dependent on the actual tick value.

I've reduced the blueprint to a smaller test unit which demonstrates the behaviour ...

Re: Train crashes into itself on rare occasions

I did a little bit of additional testing - here is a save file where the train successfully runs through the same loop 23 times before running into itself (takes about 2 minutes at game.speed = 1). I ran this for about 10hrs of in-game time before observing a collision, so it seems pretty rare ...

Re: Train crashes into itself on rare occasions

It does fit in the previous loop which is identical, and if you switch to manual it also fits.

Re: Train crashes into itself on rare occasions

Thank you for your response.
It seems the topic you linked is unrelated. In the loops in my save file, the train is not long enough to crash into itself, but somehow occasionally does. I would expect the train to either always crash into itself or never crash into itself.
Hope this helps ...

Train crashes into itself on rare occasions

Hello,

Factorio Version: 17.66
Creative Mod 1.2.0
Save file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FOVlZWhPwNeilQO4kf7zQesXNdf6VKbl
In the linked save file, the player is in a train set on automatic. The train immediately goes through three loops. In the third loop, the train crashes into itself. This ...

Re: Circuit network - aberrant signal in memory cell

Figured out that the issue is very likely due to power-up order and therefore not a bug. Thanks for your time.

Circuit network - aberrant signal in memory cell

Hello!
When I paste this blueprint, then add power (for example add a solar panel), the combinator to which the arrow points instantly gets a signal of hundreds of millions for the black signal. I believe this should not happen because the only source of a black signal in the blueprint would be the ...
