Exploration mode has not been tested with other mod series and is kind of not really made to work well next to them.
I haven't tested RSO, but I will look into making it work.
The ores are already generated with bob's function library. How did you solution work out ?

All of the mods are almost completely ready for 0.16. I am currently testing them and I will release them soon. Technology Specialization will be coming at a later time.

For the modular suit batteries, how do you charge them up besides using the portable solar panels? Would be nice if there was a way to plug them into the bases energy network. The batteries and solar panel are from the original game and work just the same. I am not currently planning on modding the...

fusion train and water fix aren't updated to 0.16.xx. Waterfix was included only as a dependecy of alien biomes and alien biomes works with 0.16 so i guess the graphics update in 0.16 made waterfix obsolete. Would it be recommended to use it in 0.16.xx? Because I want to play it in that. Thanks for the advise eradicator. As a software author ("mod maker") you are legally obliged to check those licenses before you use any assets from any other software ("mod"). Yes, that's annoying to deal with, which is why free software was invented. But it's not the default yet...

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that everything that was used for Factorio Mods became the property of Wube Software and was available to other mods.

Bob had to do this not long after he updated his fluid volume, because Vanilla's values went up 10x as well.
It is fixed in 0.15.1
