IMO there is a need to move construction bots earlier ; they are a really important quality of life upgrade. The fact that you get construction and logistics bots at the same time is a huge imbalance. One is QoL and the other is game-redefining.

Launching application subsequently using "run as administrator" doesnt fix the problem unfortuently.

So. Interestingly the the .msi installed version is now also being blocked as well. The only time it ran was when it launched at the end of the installer (e.g. 'check this box to launch factorio') - all subsequent attempts to launch the game now result in the AV blocking the game.

Some weird additional info. Since my last post the .msi installer has also stopped working and is being blocked. It only worked the first time that the game launched (directly from the install process)
