TL;DR When shooting the nuke make it create a small (3x3, 4x4?) pond. Sometimes there is no water close to a preferred oil refinery or power plant site. I have a slight glitch in the map view. ( vertical bar of "random" pixels)
The issue persisted after a save-reload.
When moving, the vertical line moved "correctly" with the rest of the map.
