Sure, here you go.
Switch to Fulgora per Mapview and in the Cargo Landing Pad is a rare tank with Solarpanels in its Vehicle grid for the test.
So just place a rare tank to be constructed. I attached a short clip of me placing it too.

What i did:
I placed a Tank on Nauvis, loaded it's vehicle grid with modules, picked it up and sent it to Fulgora.
What happend:
On placement on Fulgora, via construction Bots, the Tank's vehicle grid was empty. The modules neither on Nauvis, the Ship or Fulgora.

I have the same issue. It feels like the interrupt is put in the wrong order, skipping the current Target.
On the example:
-Pickup location -> wait til full
-Dropoff location -> wait til empty
-Interrupt if Destination full -> goto Wait location, wait until pickup is not full
It seems what happens ...
