Sure, here you go. Switch to Fulgora per Mapview and in the Cargo Landing Pad is a rare tank with Solarpanels in its Vehicle grid for the test. So just place a rare tank to be constructed. What i did: I placed a Tank on Nauvis, loaded it's vehicle grid with modules, picked it up and sent it to Fulgora.
