As (I believe) Cobalt plates are no longer used to create Cobalt steel (only cobalt ingots are required) is there actually a reason to refine some cobalt ingots into cobalt plates. As far as I see there are no structures or intermediataries requiring cobalt plates so my questions are: Am I mistaken?...
