I noticed the oil generators only consume 2.5 fluid and the Hydrazine generator consumes 12, is this an intended or should the oil generators be something atleast around 10?
This is intended. It gives you a hydrogen sink without it being all that useful as a primary power ...

I scaled up the production a bit, but as I expected I can't support it: not enough crushed stone. Saline is easy to solve.
While not fully feed, it still produces almost 2 wooden boards/second.

Seems to be a bug in the current version that soldier plate is not removed even when the Angel's only solder smelting flag is set to true.

Would it be possible for angel's bio-processing to be updated to allow you to not have alien artifact production? I'd really like to use the mod for it's wood ammonia and other production capabilities with little more than waste water, but it forces you to have artifacts which turns on a few flags ...

There's a bug in the petrochem mod where if you set the mod config to hide the conversion recipes, it doesn't do it.
