All combinators, except one, are for different things than fuel input. And the one is necessary.

Re: 0.15 Reactor Ratio
I think this better belongs in here:
I came up with a good visualization of the calculations you have to do for the bonuses:
Im going to use a layered approach where bonuses are just stacked reactor groups on top of the others. In case of an 8 reactor setup:
You have 8 basic reactors without bonus ...

Re: The perfect OCD compliant nuclear power plant! --- Now v2.4!
YAY i helped. what would be a good value to set it to? or better yet how much steam can a reactor(value:1) produce from a single fuel?
I have to test. A low value causes brownouts and a high value COULD waste energy if storage gets full. (Did no testing up to now though. Later today)

Re: The perfect OCD compliant nuclear power plant! --- Now v2.4!
is the Steam->F value how much steam is stored before it turns on? if so the 2 reactor setup doesn't have storage for 1M steam that its set to by default (V2.4)
It is always on until stored steam reaches the F value. Thats probably why I didnt see this in testing.
Thank you for mentioning ...

Re: Laggy headless, why?
The whole reason to use Linux is because of the reduced overhead.
Yes its slow on LAN as well.
No antivirus no, the machine is freshly loaded less than a month ago. There is no slowness or lag when I copy a savegame for example to another directory.
Is there anyone else with larger saves around ...

Re: circuit network, up and down counting with scanner on hold-r
inserters and scanners count upon grabbing and entry of an item and not also upon release or exit (while on pulse-scanning)
You can subtract pulses from items leaving the system by running them through an arithmetic combinator with "Each * -1".
But when using pulse mode and a memory cell, this is ...

Re: My trains keep trying to loop...
@Distelzombie: What you quoted doesn't make sense to me.
Note that because of the chain signals on the entrance to the roundabouts, the train should not have entered unless it had reserved it's route through the roundabout. Hence if what you quoted is correct, then for it to be stopped where it ...

It can happen if the server has to generate new chunks.

Re: My trains keep trying to loop...
I had this question before.
The reason for this specific train trying to loop is probably due to a previous train in the area which may have blocked one path and this train then tried to find an alternate path (hence the counterclockwise heading on the roundabout). I'm guessing that the culprit is ...

Even if I would add such a dependency, it had to be an optional one -> You can still ignore it and run into the same issue.

Re: Video Memory Usage setting - confusing + constant lags peaks
There is, but on Sprites quality, not memory usage. High res sprites works perfect, despite warning... On all settings, except Memory usage = high. There also should be warning, or attached recommended memory amount.
But you are complaining that it does not work perfect.
However I understand you ...

I always thought underground belts are just as bad.
You sure about this? Is it not just rumaors? Have you tested it?
I have a pretty crappy machine - means its easy to test. I guess I'll do thast sometime today.

Its just my experience with Linux. YOU are basically a part of the system core. Theres not as much automata than in windows.
You didnt wrote if the saves are slowly saved when you connect to LAN with it.
An idea: Do you have some sort of antivirus on that thing? It could maybe search all the traffic ...

BTW I dont think a log should contain such infos. It does not help anyone, but create this situations.
