I simply cannot find the config.ini file.
There is only one folder named .factorio in my pc, /home/user/snap/steam/common/.factorio
This folder contains /mods/, /saves/, factorio-current.log, factorio-previous.log and a .lock file.

I moved over to Ubuntu 26.04, after being a Windows user for decades a couple weeks ago.
Since then I have been tracking down errors and compatibility problems one by one.
Today I finally tried to launch factorio from Steam, unfortunately it failed.
This same PC was able to run this game (If not ...

I have literally not played in two months. Today I launched the game (after several updates) and it crashed on launch.
No idea what happened.
Tried to re-launch and worked just fine.
I honestly don't understand the log file, so here is the problem part

All it took was a reboot.

Correction to the topic name, Game version is [1.1.88]
When I downloaded the game from steam there was NO changelog for 1.1.88, the latest was 1.1.87.

Las time I launched the game it was version [1.1.85], I had no problems playing.
Today I updated to [1.1.87] and it crashed on launch NOT on loading the game.
Included are logs for the last time I played on 2023-06-17, and today 2023-08-10.
