and correction i havent been able to play multiplayer ever since i ...

so my game after it loads up, says "failed to determine external ip address. other players might not be able to connect"
1: i know its not my router.
2: this has been an issue since i got the game 2 years ago

what do i do?

Everytime i start a game it says it cannot determine external IP address, and that other players might not be able to join... but then in chat it says matching server connection resumed.....

Can anyone help me?
