Well, it doesn't feel right to me that a train holds the reservation that long. But if you guys feel like it and it's consistent, than it shall be that way.

In the mission where i have to supply the Compilatron's chest with a burner miner, belts and a furnace I get the crash too.
This happens only if i currently have no furnace placed or in my inventory.

What should happen:
Set A of Pumps (pulling out of the right train) is connected.
Train on the left leaves.
Set A of Pumps disconnects.
Set B of Pumps (pushing into the right train) connects.

What happens:
Only 8 from 12 possible pumps connect to the train on the right.

The pumps are not connecting reliable.
Or is the timeframe before to short?
It happens 3 seconds after you load the save.

The train on the right, not the water train.

A second after you load the save the train will pull out of the station and the pump changes, 4 tanks wont have a pump attached to it.
If you tell one of the filled trains at the bottom left to go to that station, you can supply the pumps with fluid, they will still not work.
