They don't say it, but the modules reduce pollution by the same factor as power usage. Just try putting an effectivity module in, and you'll see the pollution rate reduce. Thanks for pointing out those mods, they are kind of extreme but should be included in the vanilla version of the game :) Installing mods can propose another problem for people whom are not very tech-savvy. Are you planning on support for logging off a game and later rejoin after the game moved on ? Or even new players join a game at an arbitrary time ?
