I need to somehow "migrate" settings.
For example:

default_value = "15kW",
allowed_values = {"100kW","60kW","30kW","15kW","7kW","0kW"},

TO

default_value = "15kW",
allowed_values = {"70kW","40kW","20kW","15kW","7kW","0kW"},

If user had 100kW it become 70kW
60kW to 40kW
30kW to 20kW

What did you do? => you can see in video (hard to explain)
What happened? => Train wont go circle on autopilot
What did you expect to happen instead? => Ride a circle

Changed the maximum number of electric poles that can be connected to one entity from 255 to 65535.
