Solved. I recently reinstalled windows and SP1 kept failing to download. I finally figured it out last night and all is well now. THANK YOU everyone! I appreciate all the help!

I uninstalled all of my drivers with DDU and I am still having the same issue. Any other idea's. I appreciate any help that you all can give to me.

I recently updated my graphics card to an AMD Radeon RX 470. I had a similar problem before and I updated my directx and that fixed the issue. Here is the log. I have the latest driver for my graphics card as well.

I am running Factorio on steam, Windows 7 and it will not start. Here is the log. This happened on 14.19 and 14.20 and i have deleted and reinstalled several times. Any help would be appreciated.
