Can i type to create or increase current richness & size of all ore patches & Oil ?

I went in to the MODs and tried installing a MK4 Armor, then it reloaded and crashed out with this error <

Now the game loads to that point has the error and crashes it wont even load to the main screen ?

I have deleted all local content on Steam and re installed, still ...
