I think this is working as intended. Once you drain them, they only fill back up to 25k.

Getting the same thing. Logs and dumps attached.
Completely vanilla server (although it did have modded entities that were removed once I upgraded to 0.16 without the corresponding mod update).

I wouldn't expect "Failed: Success" to be the error message plus a server crash. Ideally it'd say something akin to "Unable to parse .zip file." The 'bug' here is the "Failed: Success" bit. It doesn't actually tell you what the problem is, just that something failed whi...
