I updated the mod to work with 0.13, only a couple minor changes.

* Removed `require "defines"`
* Changed an out-dated reference to `firearm-magazine`
* Daytime was changed to reference its new location inside LuaSurface
* Bad reference to game.player, changed to game.player ...

Well, those are the requirements.
Most of the time some other program will install it for you. It's a common dependency.
But as we discovered several pages back, it must be that specific version. You can't use 2014 version. Or the x64 version

IMO Esc should only cancel build session if no detail window is open, otherwise it would get difficult when pulling items out of one detail window to put in another (currently I can pick item, press Esc to close window, open another window and place the item, which is still in cursor, in to its ...

Currently only possible to add 1 option for zooming, but when playing on a laptop it is handy to have the zoom on both the scrol wheel and eg. +/- on the numeric keypad. Please add the possibility to support 2 functions for zoom.

Currently not possible to set the path were the save games are saved, nor is it possible to load a savegame from an other location. Please add support for this.
