OK, for other people, you need to go to the Website
https://www.gog.com/account
Click Factorio and then go to more/serial Key.
This option is NOT available on GOG Galaxy 1.1.12 (Windows) you need to access the website (which I forgot to try -,-)

GOG.com - Insufficient Privileges on mods.factorio.com
Hello, I bought Factorio on GOG.com and successfully launched my first rocket after 50+ hours (Yay!) Now I tried grabbing some mods from mods.factorio.com but there is no way for me to download from the portal thanks to me not having any kind of option to verify that I own a licensed copy of the gam...
