I never played without mods so I didn't get achievements. Then I disable all mods and many achievements were scored, even those that I did not receive with the mods (speedrun, for example). It's a bug or not?

wow, loading in 0.13.10 doesn't work anymore, it's would be stone.
But you can see coal on belt, when miners stay on stone.

After update to 0.13.10 I can't install mods. It's always a notification "download failed". I still can install mods manually, so it's not a big problem, but it's a problem)
