I've got a simlar problem:
When using the deconstruction planner to remove rails while an automatic train is approaching - or directly on one of the tiles that are to be removed - the game crashes.
Haven't noticed any malfunctioning traffic lights nearby, though... can anyone reproduce or should I ...

Hey,
I'm having the same issue each time i try to join a specific multiplayer game.
Was working flawlessly for more than 10 hours during the past days. Then after upgrading some transport belts i got desynced and wasn't able to sync again.
Tried to reset appdata-folder but the problem persists ...
